Our Lightweight Structure Compressed Air Nitrogen Generator for Grease Preservation delivers high-purity nitrogen (up to 99.99%) to protect grease and lubricants from oxidation and contamination during storage. Utilizing advanced Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) or membrane separation technology, it separates nitrogen from compressed air for a continuous, on-site supply. The lightweight, skid-mounted design enables easy transport, installation, and operation in production or storage facilities. Fully automatic, energy-efficient, and low-maintenance, the system provides stable pressure and consistent nitrogen purity. This generator is an ideal, cost-effective solution for grease preservation, extending product shelf life and ensuring quality while reducing reliance on nitrogen cylinders or bulk deliveries.
